Yes, you do. However, non-profit organizations that provide us with their 503C Federal Tax ID can receive adjusted rates. The price for non-profit is listed under “benevolent” on our Food Safety page.
There are four different classes of mobile food units. Check our Web page on Food Safety to find out which class of license you will need.

Yes, you will need a temporary restaurant license, even if you are serving food for a 1-day event. You can find the information on our Food Safety page. If you need to know more about setting up your temporary food service, download our Temporary Restaurant Guidelines Booklet and Temporary Restaurant Application, or come in to the Environmental Health office to pick them up.
